SEAdLINNNG 5th Anniversary (26/8/20) Review

On their fifth anniversary, SEAdLINNNG made the exciting decision to air the show live on YouTube, one that I like to imagine was inspired by Nanae’s recent ChocoTalk where she was stunned to discover people all over the world were tuning in. Whether that’s the case or not, any chance to watch SEAd live on an easily accessible platform is a good thing. Now, let’s see how they did.

Bakuha Koshien Produce STREET FIGHT CLUB (25/8/20) Review

Bakuha Koshien is the Explosion Deathmatch side-project of Atsushi Onita and Sanshiro Takagi. It’s not actually a DDT show, but DDT is helping them out, hence the presence of a fair few of their wrestlers on the undercard. While I believe the original vision was for Onita to take Explosion Deathmatches around the world, COVID has made that difficult, so we’re getting a Bunkhouse Scramble in Korakuen instead. You’ll accept it, and you’ll enjoy it!

Emi Sakura has been wrestling for twenty-five years. That’s longer than some of modern-day joshi’s biggest stars have been alive and covers a period where the scene has changed in countless ways. In that time, Emi has been an erratic constant. Despite having worked for some of the biggest companies and alongside the biggest stars, Sakura-san has ultimately ploughed her own path, doing things in a way that only she could.
