So to continue my streak of reviewing completely relevant video games, this last week I have been playing Fable. Not even the second or third one, but the first. This game came out in 2004, when I was 12. If it makes it any better, my copy is the extended Lost Chapters version, which came out a year later.
Fez
I should really have pointed out that when I talk about games, they are most likely going to be hugely out of date. I don’t have the time or the enthusiasm to keep up to date on the latest releases and therefore I shall just be talking about what I have been playing and recently that was Fez.
WWE Payback Review
So last night WWE held Payback and I don’t think it is harsh to say this was a PPV that very much felt like filler. Despite this, the card actually looked quite strong and I was intrigued enough to check it out. If you don’t like wrestling I really wouldn’t bother reading any further and if you haven’t figured it out, it will contain spoilers for Payback.
The Amazing Spiderman 2

The Amazing Spiderman was a reboot that no one needed. While many were in the favour of Andrew Garfield pulling on the red and blue spandex, it felt too close to Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire’s successful (well apart from the 3rd one) go at the franchise. It was a movie that wasn’t aided by the strict nature of the spidey origin story, meaning that the whole thing was shrouded by a feeling of deja vu.
Wrestlemania Reaction

So I gave you my predictions for Mania, therefore it’s only fair I give you my thoughts after the event, now I’ve finally had a chance to watch it. If you don’t like wrestling I’d stay far away from this one because it’s pretty damn long. Enjoy.
The Lego Movie
The fact that The Lego Movie has taken this long to appear is something of a surprise. When you consider the amount of licenses that are held by Lego, it has surely always been only a matter of time until they all came together to create a movie. The problem is that much like many spin offs of beloved toys and games, it is all too easy to create something substandard and poor, with the knowledge that fans that will come flocking anyway. Therefore it was a relief when Phil Lord and Chris Miller stepped into the directorial seat, as their previously filmography suggests an ability to make gold out of something with the potential to plummet, mainly with 21 Jump Street and Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs.
Thor: The Dark World

Marvel’s cinematic universe has taken on a life of it’s own and has introduced a whole new world of people to the fantastic comic books which have long captivated people across the world. The latest entry to the canon comes in the shape of Thor: The Dark World the follow up to Thor and the third appearance of Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddlestone as the quarrelsome Asgardian brothers Thor and Loki.
