Feed the Rhino have built up a reputation as one of the the best live bands on the go at the moment.  Their shows tend to lead to widespread chaos no matter where they are playing and in Lee Tobin they have a front man seemingly without fear.  Throw in two very good albums and you have got a band that would appear to be well on their way to big things.  Add most recent album The Sorrow and the Sound and you have to assume it is almost a guarantee.

Download Preview: Sunday

So as more and more people flock to the hallowed turf of Donnington, we are onto our final day of suggestions at Ramblings About, where we are looking to point you in the direction of those bands you might not have realised were worth your time.  The Sunday traditionally see’s a classic rock edge to the main stage, but there is plenty going on elsewhere to insure that even the most avid hater of the Aerosmith’s of the world, have something to enjoy.

Download Announcement 4

Download 2014, not so shabby after all.

So Download are not going to get my money this year, apart from a possible day ticket if one day shapes up in a particularly pleasing way.  Despite that, they are continuing as a festival!  Who’d have thought it?  Anyway the most recent announcement was actually quite an exciting one and I am, as usual, going to give you a quick round-up of my thoughts.
